Hypertensive Renal Disease
- Reduced kidney size

- Associated with hyperechoic parenchyma
Large Kidneys
ADPKD
- Enlarged due to presence of multiple cysts

Obstructive Uropathy
- Enlarged due to hydronephrosis

- Common causes include stone, enlarged prostate
